Subject: [pskmail] fldigi squelch....

I have included a 'squelch watchdog' in the code in the latest alpha
(0.9.3-1).
It checks 1x per minute if the squelch is active, and switches it back on if
necessary.
So if you now switch the squelch off, it will become active again at the top
of the next minute.

I have tested the config file handling on ubuntu 10.04 and on wndows 7.
jPSKmail now reads/writes only 1 configuration.xml file which is situated
in:
C:\Users\youruser\pskmail on windows 7, and ~/.pskmail on UBUNTU or Debian.
I have tested this extensively, and I could not find any more bugs in there.

The config file will be generated automatically when it is not available, it
is then polulated with default values (N0CALL etc...)..

Shortcuts have been introduced for Prefs Edit (ctrl-E) and Prefs Save
(ctrl-S).

The Inbox or Outbox can be cleared via Files->Clear

I hope this covers most of the user requirements from the last few weeks.
We intend to freeze the design after these features have been thouroughly
tested, and we want to make this jPSKmail-1.0 as soon as it is stable.
Which does not mean that further development will stop, but it does mean
any older versions will not be supported any more.
