[pskmail] fldigi 3.13BX

I just upgraded today to v3.13BX and cannot anymore find the "countries" table in the "view" menu on Ubuntu as well as XP). I checked that I still had the cty.dat file in .fldigi and fldigi directories and to be sure downloaded the last cty.dat and copied them there. 

I find this function quite useful and easy to use.
