Hello all,After some pain I've managed to get a working binary of FLDigi 3.10 compiled for the EeePC, and it's old GLIBC2.3 based Xandros OS.
It seems to run and communicate with the new Java PSKMail client OK. I've done about 60 seconds worth of testing, but I'm so excited about it I thought I would make it available to everyone anyway ;-).
To get it to compile I had to remove a whole heap of libjpeg stuff from the FLDigi source. Yes, I had all the libjpeg devel packages installed before taking this drastic step. It works well under a modern OS like FC10 or Ubuntu, but not the EeePC SDK...
This binary may break if you try to use it for anything but a modem. The binary is currently a dynamically linked executable, but I will do a statically linked one if required.
How do I make this available? Can I attach it to an email to this list? It's about 3.5MBytes in size (bzip2 compressed).
Still having great fun playing with PSKMail! Steve (VK2ZSZ)
