[pskmail] Re: errors at start psk_arq.pl

copy ~/pskmail-0.8.6/paq8l to /usr/bin (this is not necessary for pskmail-0.9).
At start of the program pskmail opens the config dialog and the options windows.
After filling those in restart the application.
