[pskmail] Re: beacon reverted to minute 0

That worked. I have clicked it down to 2 for a 21:17 BST beacon.
I have a Hospital trip for a routine Electrocardiogram in the morning so
beacon will be off. I will install the latest version on the TX machine
when I get back home.
So look for beacons on minute 1 or 2 of the block depending on how I feel.
