[pskmail] Re: beacon reverted to minute 0

I have  changed the code in such a way that the beacon minute is now taken 
directly off the spinner...
So WhatYouSeeIsWhatYouGet... whatever is in the config file.
Tested here with 10, 30 and 60 minute periods... version 0.9.4-1
