Andy,If you have a standard install (from the Widows installer), then you can replace the javapskmail.jar file in the application directory. You can then use the same launcher (shortcut) that was created at installation time.
From a CMD prompt (and in the jPskmail shortcut created by the installer) it is, assuming you used default directories:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\javaw.exe -jar "C:\Program Files\jpskmail\javapskmail.jar"
Also, my java install recognises the .jar file as java executables and therefore I can double click on the javapskmail.jar file to launch it.
