[pskmail] VE7SUN operations

Hi, I want to be sure, VE7SUN shows(on the server web page) PSK500R and
no receive RSID(is this correct?); so for me from the US, I should use
PSK250 and TXID? Should my receive RSID be on?

And, the other US servers on the web page; those are usually not
operating? I sure don't hear them lately...
