Hi,

I'm no linux guru, but I'm running Ubuntu 6.06 and have three soundcards running fine. The built-in one on the mo-bo, a soundblaster and a griffin iMic USB thingy.

If no better suggestions materialise, you could try a Ubuntu Live CD and see if the soundcard(s) work with that. I'm not sure what distro you're running now.

Hi guys.

Now that I've switched over to the Linux box, I discover that my sound card(s) don't seem to be working.

Previously, I could run digipan on the other pc. But this one doesn't seem to want to configure the sound card correctly. Any ideas on how to proceed?

After failing at the "onboard" one, I stuck in a creative labs / soundblaster one. But I still can't get it to receive the tones in any mode yet.

Tks guys 'n 73
