[pskmail] Some new features in pskmail monitor

Hi all.
You can see some new features of pskmail-monitor on the main site
www.pskmail.it:
- Added the aprs icone of each station and server
(in this way you can see where a station is, in car, van, home, yacht etc)
- In the server list, when a server is gating, the icone change and you will
can see an animated icone
