Hi Rein,

Great work fixing that protocol issue I tried the new client this
weekend with the v09.23 server and it worked great.

Got up to psk250 in NVIS conditions but not psk500. I have been
thinking about the FEC option for the psk modes and I might go the way
Patrick went in Multipsk with an averaging of the two bit's phases
received rather than the Viterbi decoder working on hard decoded
bits.

I need to get Fldigi compiled for the client on Windows. Will try this
week. Otherwise will have to re-install a linux version on the eee
701.

I saw that you have released v24 with web page compression. That is
really great.

I had to download the bush fire alerts this weekend as we were camping
in a large forest and it took some time to get it across. I wished I
had the compression on. Thanks Rein.

I will try this this week.

All the best,

73s, John
