[pskmail] Server update

I have made a few changes to the server, based on my experiences of the last
few weeks mobile use.
The new server is on the download sites and is called
pskmail_server-0.8.7.tar.gz.
Changes:
* When you are connected to the server another station can not connect any
more. This was
a bug in the protocol.
* The internet connectivity check at the start of each connection is skipped.
This is because the
new ping implementations in ubuntu take a few seconds to start in the first
place. The 'I' indicator
will be on all the time.
* Twitter message support for the java client. Updates via pskmail are possible
if you have an account with 'messagedance.com'
with the same userid as your mail reply address as it is known on the server.
Get updates shows the last 5 updates on the Pskmail friends twitter stream. If
you are following the Pskmail twitter account
you will be added to its 'friends', and your tweets will be included. Adding
you to the Pskmail twitter account
is a manual process, so it may take some time when I am not at home :)
* Changes in the mheard logging in pings.log. Port 72 did not log correctly.
