[pskmail] Server puppy testing

I am testing the Server on a Puppy  CD.  I have it booted and
configured , I hope.  Anyone care to test .  I am parked on 10147
(plus 1000 Hz) via PSK250.  Using VOX at the moment due to the fact
that my interface will not work under Linux.  Is the Sever supposed to
beacon periodically?  I have not seen that happen.
