[pskmail] Server address needed

Somebody with ip address 24.177.68.150 is trying to put a server on the air 
with the CALL of PI4TUE.

I would suggest changing that to your own SERVER CALL, as this is not going to 
work.
Edit pskmailrc.pl in the home directory pse...
