Alan, the lock function of fldigi only works for TX, so your beacons will be spot on frequency. The RX is hunting for a valid psk signal within a narrow band which can be limited. Goto configuration->modems->psk and set search range to 40 Hz, and acquisition level to 6dB. That should do the trick. Do you use fldigi 3.10? 73, Rein PA0R > -----Ursprüngliche Nachricht----- > Von: "alan" <akepple@xxxxxxx> > Gesendet: 14.03.09 15:54:23 > An: pskmail@xxxxxxxxxxxxx > Betreff: [pskmail] Server Frequency Question > The tx/rx frequency shown on fldigi 3.10 for my server seems to be > drifting. > Is my beacon frequency drifting? > When I start pskmail_server-0.8 the TX frequency lock light comes on in > fldigi but the frequency still drifts around, sometimes as much 200HZ. > I am also able to manually move the frequency cursor on fldigi while the > pskmail_server is running.
