[pskmail] Re: Server 0.9.21

You can do that either way. If the server does not find an edited
pskmailrc.pl then it will ask a few basic questions and fill it out for
you. But it only asks the very essentials, like callsign and QTH etc, so
editing the file right away is fine.
Did it work when you edited freqs.txt?
