[pskmail] Scanning server problem...

Hi,
I have an "interesting" problem with the server, the radio gets shut
down from time to time. I did not experience this when I did not scan so
I'm guessing its hamlib related ? The rig is an ICOM 706MK2G and
according to hamlib it has not even implemented the power set/get
methods. Perhaps its misinterpreting some command and shuts down?
Anyway, if I don't get this sorted out then I have to stop scanning.
Will update the wiki in that case.
