Strange enough, the main distortion product of the sea cow lies exactly
at 10148.020.
10148.250, .500 and .750 are relatively free. Much more free than
10148.000, which overlaps with an 'official' Pactor PMBO.
Moreover, the activity on 10151 will scare off a lot of 'intruders' in
my opinion.
