I try to explain better:

 

As far as I understand, there is double preamble in PSK250R, and double
RSID.

 

-    1st preamble

-    2nd preamble

-    Data packet

OK, I know what is going on....

The first transmission is the RSID, sent in MFSK, the second is the
packet...
