[pskmail] Re: PskMail Monitor 1.7

I have all sorts of erratic behaviour in that log, and yes it is a
tail ./fldigi/fldigi.log. Sometimes it seems fine and then it starts
inserting nulls and skipping characters or doubling them (after I
restart the logging). This was the official precompiled binary.
