[pskmail] Pointing at EU on 14.077

The server is up and I am pointed at Europe again on 14.077 (frequency
indicated on the radio - USB mode). There is a Pactor station 1 KHz higher
that makes things a bit difficult every once in a while, but most of the time
the frequency is pretty quiet.
The sever callsign is n8et (lower case)
