[pskmail] PI4TUE switching to PSK250

Hi users of PI4TUE,

PI4TUE is now using PSK250 on all channels (30m, 18m, 10m).

If you want to change to PSK125, just connect (at PSK250) and 
send the following command to the server:
~SPEED125!
The server will send a message:
Switching to PSK125

You can then set the client mode to PSK125 and carry on with the session.
After the session is closed the server will pick up the normal schedule.

You can also use PSK63 the same way.

For sending APRS beacons you have to set the mode to PSK250.
