[pskmail] PI4TUE and gmail

Hi all,
I found yesterday that the new server at PI4TUE did not allow pop mail with
SSL acounts.
The reason was that IO::Socket::SSL and Net::SSLeay were not installed properly.
When Mail::POP3Client is installed it does not ask for te above modules, and
they are
not automatically installed by cpan.
I have added an item to the FAQ describing this.
