[pskmail] New puppy server image

There is a fresh server image in http://hermes.esrac.ele.tue.nl/pskmail/liveCDs
It contains pskmail_server-0.9.31 and fldigi-3.13BQ
I tested it on several PC's and laptops. On one of my old Compaqs I had to use
an USB soundcard dongle as it has no driver for an es-1968, but it worked o.k.
To start the server:
* click the fldigi icon
* configure fldigi
* in a console do: fldigi &
* in the same console do: pskmail_server
To make the server config permanent you have to edit .pskmail.pskmailrc.pl
