[pskmail] New jPSKmail 0.9.4 Alpha

Hi all,
I've been going through our handling of configuraton parameters and I've
changed a lot of things. Main thing is that I really think it works now.
I did discover things that were not handled at all (like the log file
setting) and other things that were handled differently in almost
similar methods. So, there are a few loose ends I need to tie up but it
works for me and solved the problems for SA6BQZ.
Maybe we should have a developer corner during our next conference?
Also, we should discuss where and when to have our next conference...
Anyway, I've put the new alpha installer on my server here:
