I noticed the same thin. I managed to see the message in the bottom of the
window saying that the connection was refused. Rein seemed to think that
the PA-land cluster that the program points at is refusing the connection.
There is a configuration file in there that you can change and point at your
local cluster or some other internet accessable cluster and it should work. I
have not tried it yet...
