[pskmail] Mini-Bluetooth interface for Android Pskmail (and for PC Pskmail too)

I have had great results with this mini interface consisting of a Bluetooth
headset connected via a set of resistances and capacitors (5 components in
total) to the MIC and Speaker plugs of the FT-817. The built-in SSB VOX
circuit is used to key the radio in.

Of course this can be used on any radio (maybe requiring some adjustments
in the values).

A very portable and very low cost ($less than $15) digital interface with
excellent insulation: up to 10 meters of air between the transceiver and
the Android phone or tablet (or PC).
