[pskmail] Jpskmail 1.8.3 client startup problems

Using 1.8.3 client on my Ubuntu 14.4 and java 1.7.0 from OpenJDK I have
2 problems at startup
When jpskmail client start, radio switch to 10146000. Default server is
set to PA0SON-3 and scan frequencies for this are all 10148000. Offset
is set to 1000 in Rig Preferences.
After this SQL is already opened and client receive a lot of characters
from background noise.
Fldigi used is last version 3.22.04
Same using Oracle Java 1.7.0_10 and a self-compiled Fldigi 3.22.05
Any tip for solving this?
