[pskmail] Irregularities with APRS tier2 server

The tier2 aprs server pi5ehv-2 is not relaying our aprs packets at the moment,
reason
unknown.
germany.aprs2.net is working fine. Please change the sequence of the servers in
.pskmail/pskmailrc.pl in such a way that germany.aprs2.net is first in the list
(port 1314).
You can also replace netherlands.aprs2.net by italys.aprs2.net (Roberto,
IS0GRB's server).
