Trying to install pskmail client and stuck on > perl install for GTK2 Thanks for the help, I installed the dev file and everything work as far as getting the GTK installed. everything else is completed per the client install from the wiki. I did not do the steps for gmfsk because of fldigi. this is the output I get when I try to run psk_arq.pl: > > No config file: > Compilation failed in require at ./psk_arq.pl line 37. > BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at ./psk_arq.pl line 37. > > That line is ( use arq;) > Have I forgotten a step. That means you haven't instaled arq.pm Then probably you are also still missing rflinkclient.pl :) Rein > > Thank you for the help.. > > Jason > Rein Couperus wrote: > I am not at home, so I can't try it... but this is what I have installed on > the my client machine via synaptic: > > glade 2.12.1-ubuntu5 > libglade0 1:0.17-5 > libglade2-0 1:2.5.1ubuntu2 > liglade2.0-cil 2.8.2-0ubuntu5 > libglade-gnome0 1:0.17-5 > libglade-perl 0.61-1 > libgtk2-gladeXML-perl 1.005-1 > > as this is my dev. system I cannot see what is really necessary, > and I cannot test it. > > Back home I will try to build a PAM package that includes all the nice stuff. > > Don't forget the install instruction on the wiki, the cpan install does not > work, > you have to go into the ~/.cpan/build/xxxx directory and go through the make > - make install (as root) routine > > I never had to edit any Makefile.pl. > > 73, > > Rein EA/PA0R/P > > > > > -----Ursprüngliche Nachricht----- > > Von: pskmail@xxxxxxxxxxxxx > > Gesendet: 17.01.07 20:50:30 > > An: pskmail@xxxxxxxxxxxxx > > Betreff: [pskmail] Help!!!
