[pskmail] "Help" File

Hi All,
I understand the "Help" File is still a work in progress.
I believe it would help the PSKMail effort tremendously if in the interim a
link to the Client Operation Wiki page can be
posted. I have been working on this page a bit with some operating tips
etc., but there still is some old stuff on it.
A link to to the latest Manual could also be posted.
