Download http://hermes.esrac.ele.tue.nl/pskmail/puppy_pets/gpsd_xgps.pet
Click on the .pet, which will install gpsd and xgps.
Connect the USB gps
In a terminal, do a dmesg to see which USB port is used (probably USB0,
but if you also use rig control it may be USB1 or USB2)
Start gpsd (gpsd /dev/ttyUSBx)
You can see if gpsd works ok. with running xgps.
Then switch on 'use gpsd' in the preferences dialog,
and retart jPSKmail.
Your gps should now work.
