[pskmail] Frequencies for 30 meters

I got a suggestion from the ALE frequency coordinator to move the
pskmail main frequency up a bit so we don't interfere in future.
At the moment there is an overlap of 200 Hz with both the ALE channel
and the published WINLINK PMBO frequency of DL4HAO (in PACTOR 2 mode, in
PACTOR 3 mode it needs 3 kHz).
I would suggest to fix the pskmail frequencies on 30 meters to
10148.25 (beacons & mail)
10148.50 (mail)
10148.75 (mail)
which according to published band plans are free.
Are there any objections to that?
