[pskmail] Fleetcodes

How can I get fleet code files?
If I get page from
http://weather.noaa.gov/pub/data/raw/as/asxx21.egrr..txt
using a browser and a Internet connection I get a formatted page.
If I do same with PSKMail I get a continuos code sequence.
If I copy (select -> copy -> paste in a text-editor) and open this file
with zyGrib I get an error message with "Invalid file"
Some possibility to add this kind of file to "Info" menu and download as
a file?
