[pskmail] Fldigi again...

It is unbelievable what people will do to fldigi in order
to make it impossible to be decoded....
Last week we had the 'you can see who I am because I enabled video call
indication' type,
now we have someone on 10148 who tries for hours to connect all servers in a
row
while having the right channel enabled, to make sure he sends a carrier in the
centre
of the passband...
This on top of the guy who downloads a 50k file on 10148 using THOR4...
