[pskmail] Fldigi 3.13BX

Good evening,
I try to
run fldigi 3.13BX with my interface (sound card + converter USB <> RS232 for
the vox) and here is the error message that I have:

E: ConfigurePortA: Port not available

serial port
E: SetPTT: Invalid handle
I: open_talker: Talker Server not available
no way
to run versions 3.13X, while with 3.12.5 all works correctly (I work in
XP)
