[pskmail] Fldigi 2.07

Hi,
Fldigi-2.07 is out. It fixes 2 problems:
* Mode switching from PSKmail is again possible (broken in 2.06)
* Use of Portaudio gets rid of 'clicking sound' with some sound cards
I will include 2.07 in the next puppy which I am preparing.
Next release of the pskmail client will set the mode dropdown menu properly.
