Talked to Joe Barr, K1GPL (joe@xxxxxxxxxxx). He Fldigi in a live demo. at the
Austin LUG last Thursday. He had no problems receiving PSK31 and he has made
many PSK31 contacts on PSK31 using Fldigi.
