Hi Glenn,
The clue is in the line saying " 19:06 UTC May-16-2012: SMTP authentication
failed or is not needed."
So check the items in my previous email except the smtp address which seems
correct.
You can start by reducing the smtpauthlevel value to zero, then if that
does not work try setting it back to 1 or 2 after checking the points about
user name and password.
