[pskmail] Client install help

I get the following error when I start ./psk_arq.pl
Can't locate Net/GPSD.pm in @INC (@INC contains: ./lib ../lib /etc/perl

Also I'm not clear on gpsd. Do I start the daemon at boot and what do I
enter when I run dpkg to configure gpsd ? I can't get it to run, I get
this error
Starting GPS daemon: gpsdgpsd: can't run with neither control socket nor
devices
- failed.
