[pskmail] Bug in jpskmail-0.4.0 alpha release

I have noticed that the alpha release does not set the Blocklength parameter
correctly, it uses the default value of 5.
The effect is that the speed profile is always set to PSK250-PSK250R-PSK125R.
This works very well, but of course it does not offer the best speed,
being PSK500-PSK500R-PSK125.
I had been testing with a test image of javapskmail.jar, which is in
the SVN but was too late to make it into the alpha release.
Maybe we should issue an adapted beta?
A binary of the bug fixed javapskmail.jar is in
hermes.esrac.ele.tue.nl/pskmail/alpha ,
That image will set the profile correctly, and also has some
color changes which are better readable in the australian
sunshine (whatsay John),,,
