The audio mixer list is generated automatically by the appropriate java routine, and
it depends on the machine configuration which mixers are available.
There may be different entries for the same audio stream when e.g. port audio, alsa,
or pulse audio is used. It also depends on which audio stream has been set
Generally, the strategy is to choose an input mixer on the DSP tab and look at
the S/N indicator if that changes value constantly you've got a working input mixer.
Quit 2.0.x and restart, the mixer is then made permanent in the config file.
Use an appropriate audio mixer gui to set the levels, the waterfall should be
black with dark blue dots for no signal....
When pulse audio is active, pavucontrol must run concurrently with the application.
If you first start the application with no config file in .pskmail you will be hitting
the right input mixer most of the time.
Bug #5: Strange audio port selection
The In and Out port lists have strange entries. For example, the "USB
Audio Codec" is listed twice, and then further down as "Port USB Audio
If I click on either of the "USB Audio Codec" entries, the selected port
appears as "Port Audio USB Codec".
