PI4TUE is now also scanning 10148.250:
10148.00 during minute 0 to accommodate the running APRS beacons
10148.250 during minutes 1, 2, 3 and 4 for traffic
Starting tomorrow morning PI4TUE will be on 10148.250 full time.
