actually, at first, i had to do a touch to create it (msg showed up a lot).
this was after installing a newer rev server. now, it's only occasionally.

The ./pskmail/aprslog file is generated by the program itself, you don't
have to touch it.
It is used for IPC.
The message you get is a warning which can be discarded (unless it comes up
very often).
