When we used MSXML, up to 1.2.0, the load time was three time bigger :)

Anyway, I know that it takes to long to start the pRSSreader when
there is a lot of feeds in opml file. I will try to do some
optimalization here, but nowadays there are things with higher
priorities to finish.
