Another tweak added for 1.3.3 beta3:

11. Feed preloading

     Create key 'Feed Preload'[DWORD]
     1 = No preloading
     2 = preload the previous and the next feed
     3 = prelaod feeds in the current group (nested groups are not
preloaded)
     4 = prelaod all feed (starting from the current feed)
