OK, but you should recommend users to remove the last version as it
changes its name and Windows Mobile won't recognize the installation
as if it were an update of a previously installed program. Again, to
keep the feeds that the user has in the previous version you should
indicate that the "myChannels.opml" file of the previously installed
version should be copied in the upgrade process.

Now it's working. I think by default the cache also includes all XML
files of the feeds in the cache size count, so, as I didn't have
cached images or html pages in the beginning, the size didn't changed
because there wasn't anything to clean. Now I have cached some content
and when I remove it, the size changes. It's working fine!
