Sure it is. But the problem si that reading and writing of OPML file
is done by MSXML (library for reading/writing/parsing XML files) and I
have only Load and Save functions available but without controlling
the access to the file (poor implementation).

My future plan is to replace MSXML with something more powerful like
libxml2 (but it needs to be ported for Pocket PC).
