I use the cradle.

The service is described as "pRSSreader Service(RRS0)", Startup Type is
"Automatic" and Dll is "prssrsrv.dll".

What type of connection do you use?

Can you check if the service is running? (Use for example Task manager
from FdcSoft for checking this).
