[prssr-devel-ml] 1.4.0.6 URL length

Just checked out 1.4.0.6 and love some of the improvements, however I still
can not enter or import several feeds because of the URL length limitation.
The field accepts only half as many characters as some of my feed urls.It
also isn't just a UI issue, the feed list import function fails on long urls
as well.
